Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Date: March 10, 2026
This Refund and Returns Policy governs the purchase of all digital products and services from Cloud Licenses, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via https://cloud-licenses.com (the “Site”).
1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
Cloud Licenses, LLC provides intangible, irrevocable, digital goods in the form of Microsoft cloud products and licenses (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365). Due to the nature of these products—specifically that digital licenses are activated upon delivery and tied to a specific Microsoft Tenant ID—they cannot be physically “returned” or “restocked” once provisioning has occurred.
2. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. By completing a purchase on the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any products or services once the order is processed and the license is issued.

No Returns: Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, there is no physical product to return.

Subscription Commitments: For Microsoft cloud subscriptions, your commitment (Monthly or Annual) is binding. Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle the user or business to a pro-rated refund for the remaining term already billed.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the responsibility of the individual or business entity to ensure that:

The correct product and quantity have been selected before finalizing the checkout.

The destination Microsoft Tenant ID or domain information provided is accurate.

The system requirements for the specific Microsoft cloud product are met by the end-user environment.
Cloud Licenses, LLC is not responsible for purchases made in error, such as “accidental” orders or “change of mind” regarding the specific license type.
4. EXCEPTIONS AND ERRORS
While we maintain a strict No Refund policy, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you paid for.

Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your license via the management portal or email within the timeframe specified in your order confirmation, please contact our support team immediately.

Faulty Keys/Activation: In the rare event that a digital license key or activation link is technically defective, Cloud Licenses, LLC will verify the defect with Microsoft. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. This is an exchange for the same product only and does not constitute a refund.
5. CANCELLATION OF AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
To prevent future charges for subscription-based products, you must cancel your subscription through your https://cloud-licenses.com/my-account/ management dashboard prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Access to the Microsoft cloud services will remain active until the end of that period.
